Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks a Project Manager (Associate or Mid-Level) to support the Minuteman program at Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. The PM coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks schedule and cost, and ensures deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements. Responsibilities include supplier and manufacturing coordination, risk management, and regular program updates.

Qualifications

• Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience
• Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supplier Management to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time in support of program schedules and customer commitments
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Management, MMO, and Operations on production planning to meet the SOW
• Identify, resolve, and elevate issues promptly, and notify the program of schedule, cost, or execution impacts
• Partner with Quality to ensure First Article Inspection activities are completed and delivered to the customer
• Provide the Program Manager with regular updates on schedule status, cost performance, risks, issues, and action item progress
• Monitor, update, and maintain the Estimate at Completion while ensuring accurate charging across the program
• Coordinate with Supplier Management and Engineering to resolve supplier engineering questions and technical issues
• Identify, assess, track, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the program lifecycle
• Support cross-functional communication and problem resolution to maintain program execution
• Ensure program documentation, status reporting, and action tracking are maintained accurately
• Escalate concerns as needed to support timely decision-making and successful program outcomes
