Job summary

The JAAW Group LLC, a SDVOSB, is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support DoD programs at Hill Air Force Base. You will coordinate project activities, track schedules and metrics, maintain technical documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or program management experience.
• Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Track status, metrics, risks, and issues; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between government customers, leadership, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Assist with planning, resource tracking, and schedule management.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Develop presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and reviews.
• Maintain accurate project records and current documentation.
• Support additional program management duties as assigned.
