ASUS Computer International is seeking a Program Manager for Business Operations & Market Growth in Boston to drive operational execution, compliance readiness, and program management across markets.

You will bridge commercial growth, engineering deliverables, and governance while working with international teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills, planning expertise, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of industry work experience in program planning, operations, or project coordination.
• Experience with compliance, certification, or regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt as priorities change.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and recruiting events.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain the ARAIC compliance program, including tracking, documentation management, and audit readiness.
• Research regulatory and procurement requirements across priority target markets to guide commercial direction and align cross-functional teams.
• Analyze prospective customers and commercial partners to craft pitches, proposals, and market outreach plans.
• Serve as an operational point of contact for customers and partners, translating needs into milestones for the engineering team.
• Plan and track schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans for customer pilots and partner initiatives.
• Monitor program metrics to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Support recruitment marketing programs, including recruiting events and employer branding.
