ASUS in Fremont, CA seeks a Senior B2C Digital Marketing Specialist to own integrated digital programs supporting brand awareness, preference, consideration, and demand for consumer laptops in the U.S. market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with senior ownership of campaigns and budgets.
• Experience with web analytics, campaign tracking, and measurement practices (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Proven ability to plan and optimize full‑funnel paid media campaigns across search, social, video, display, programmatic, or retail channels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital campaign planning from strategy to activation, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis for product launches, seasonal programs, and always‑on initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels, including retail media.
• Own campaign pacing, budget stewardship, and reallocations to optimize business outcomes.
• Develop measurement frameworks, set KPI targets, create performance reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, channel, partner and web teams to develop messaging, assets, landing pages, and improve owned web experiences.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to surface insights for future planning and brand‑building.
• Manage agencies, publishers, and technology partners with clear expectations and accountable execution.
