The Program Manager will be based in Austin, TX, and reports to the Manager of Program Management. You will organize schedules, budgets, track metrics and ensure customer satisfaction with minimal travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field or equivalent experience.
5–7+ years of program management experience in regulated manufacturing.
Experience in regulated manufacturing industries (medical devices, automotive, pharma/defense) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
Support contract negotiations as required.
Oversee interdepartmental activities to meet product development timelines and quality metrics.
Establish work plans and staffing for each phase and recruit personnel.
Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; manage accounts of varying complexity.
Serve as key communication channel for customers and act as escalation for issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
