Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities span daily maintenance, weekly governance, monthly budget management, and quarterly reporting, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional projects.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client meetings, develop agendas, and document minutes.
• Track program metrics, budgets, and KPIs; identify trends and anomalies.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, updates to trackers, and escalations.
• Oversee invoicing, SOW reviews, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
