• Bachelor's degree and QIDP credential; OR
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 1 year of direct care experience; OR
• Associate degree in a human services field with four years of direct care experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop employees, including DSPs, CNAs, and Assistant Program Managers.
• Oversee individualized services that reflect the goals, preferences, and needs of the people we support.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage program operations, staffing, scheduling, budgets, and purchasing.
• Build strong relationships with employees, individuals receiving services, families, legal representatives, and community partners.
• Ensure required documentation, reporting, certifications, and training are completed.
• Support the overall mission and success of Living Well Disability Services.
