Job summary

Living Well Disability Services in Robbinsdale, MN seeks a Program Manager to lead residential programs, mentor staff, and ensure person-centered services for people with disabilities. Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop employees, including DSPs, CNAs, and Assistant Program Managers.
• Oversee individualized services that reflect the goals, preferences, and needs of the people we support.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage program operations, staffing, scheduling, budgets, and purchasing.
• Build strong relationships with employees, individuals receiving services, families, legal representatives, and community partners.
• Ensure required documentation, reporting, certifications, and training are completed.
• Support the overall mission and success of Living Well Disability Services.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must meetone of the following education and experience requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and QIDP credential; OR
• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field and one year of full-time experience providing direct care to people with disabilities or adults age 65 and older; OR
• Associate degree in a human services-related field and four years of full-time direct care experience.

Additional requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for supporting people with disabilities and developing successful teams.
