Partner Company in the United States seeks a hands-on Program Manager to deliver strategic initiatives across finance systems and enterprise applications in a global interactive entertainment environment, coordinating delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee end-to-end programs from planning through adoption and support, manage budgets, risks, and resources, engage stakeholders and vendors, and champion Agile practices to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Formación

• 2-4 years of program or project management experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, HCM, EPM, and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without authority.
