Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive a large-scale finance transformation. You will own and support multiple workstreams within a broader program, moving strategy into execution and delivering initiatives to completion across dispersed teams.

In this role you will partner with senior stakeholders, manage risks, maintain delivery documentation, and champion changes across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in finance domains.
• Experience leading finance transformation or finance PMO initiatives.
• Experience coordinating several enterprise projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support multiple workstreams within a wider transformation program.
• Keep leadership and team members informed of activities, dependencies, and milestones across functions and locations.
• Balance and prioritize several concurrent projects and programs.
• Develop and apply delivery documentation — implementation toolkits, migration schedules, and project plans.
• Surface risks early and communicate their business impact to leadership.
• Produce strategic materials such as business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans.
• Deliver updates and presentations to senior finance leadership.
• Support and lead the decision-making needed to keep programs moving; facilitate problem-solving on critical items.
• Uphold project controls, resolve issues, manage deliverables, mitigate risk, and ensure change-control processes stay aligned across functions.

A well-established organization is undertaking a large-scale finance transformation and needs an experienced Senior Project Manager to help drive it forward. You'll own and support workstreams within a broader program, moving strategy into execution and carrying initiatives through to completion.

This role spans people, process, technology, and operational workstreams that together deliver a future-state operating model for the finance function. You'll work across dispersed teams and locations, engage with senior and regional stakeholders, and operate with a high degree of autonomy — driving outcomes with limited day-to-day direction.
