Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to help build scalable growth infrastructure. You will work on backend or full‑stack systems, focusing on Python, SQL and attribution pipelines to support campaigns and onboarding flows.

You will implement pixels, tracking and audience segmentation across cross‑platform channels, and partner with Marketing and Engineering on growth experiments. Hybrid work in MPK with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Backend or full‑stack software engineering experience required.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
• Experience with mobile/web attribution and data pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build engineering infrastructure supporting consumer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Develop and maintain deep links and mobile/web attribution across paid campaigns, influencers, referrals and off-platform channels.
• Build audience segmentation tables using cross-app behavioral data and connect them with advertising infrastructure.
• Implement conversion pixels and campaign tracking within onboarding funnels.
• Map behavioral signals into audience parameters for targeted marketing/email initiatives.
• Build and evaluate end-to-end growth experiments and A/B tests, collaborating closely with Marketing and Engineering.
