Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III to support cross-functional, data-driven BI, analytics, and strategic decision-making. This remote role requires coordinating multiple workstreams, partnering with analytics, engineering, product, strategy, and business teams to move data-intensive initiatives forward.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, maintain roadmaps, and communicate risks and milestones to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, program management, business operations, or a related role supporting data-intensive initiatives.
• Strong hands-on analytics experience, including SQL, defining and interpreting metrics, dashboards/reporting, and translating data into business insights.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience managing multiple workstreams through delivery.
• Experience maintaining roadmaps, tracking milestones and dependencies, managing follow-ups, and communicating risks.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and program information into clear findings, recommendations, decisions, and action items.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Program Manager III to support cross-functional, data-driven initiatives focused on business intelligence, analytics, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong combination of program management, hands‑on analytics, stakeholder communication, and the ability to bring structure to complex, fast‑paced environments.

• Management consulting background.


• Experience working with media, content, music, or other partner‑focused ecosystems.
