Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years’ experience administering complex programs in workforce development, career services, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Zoom, Slack, Canva, and database/program management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution for Spring Forward/Career Launch across recruitment, onboarding, internship, and closeout.
• Design and manage pre-internship training; track completion with data-driven follow-up.
• Coordinate student–employer matching and maintain consistent stakeholder messaging.
• Lead employer recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and performance tracking with data insights.
• Prepare reports on program outcomes and impact for leadership.
