Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Intern Experience to own the day-to-day operations of the internship lifecycle, including onboarding, cohort events, mentorship, and offboarding. You will run a defined program within the University Programs portfolio, using playbooks and driving improvements through data and stakeholder feedback.

This execution-first role partners with recruiters, HR, and site teams across Kent, Huntsville, and Cape Canaveral, with opportunities to expand scope

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in talent acquisition, university programs, early career, or HR programs.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery of a defined program or workstream, including planning, execution, tracking, and closeout.
• Experience using data and metrics to report on program health and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational delivery of intern experience programming across onboarding, cohorts, mentorship, development sessions, and offboarding.
• Execute against established plans, timelines, and templates; manage program calendars, logistics, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across Blue Origin sites to deliver a consistent intern experience regardless of location.
• Measure and report program metrics and survey responses, including intern experience scores and participation rates.
• Surface insights from day-to-day execution and stakeholder feedback to inform program evolution.
