Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field for the entire duration of internship.
• GPA: 3.0+ preferred.
• Junior level status is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the tactical, business customer relationship and help manage day-to-day customer interactions.
• Assist projects to deliver appropriate levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Work with team members to present issues and alternatives to the customer.
• Support Lean continuous improvement activities and programs.
• Ensure contractual requirements are interpreted and executed by the team.
• Coordinate, negotiate and communicate commitment dates on customer orders.
