Job summary

Plexus has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager Intern to join our team in the United States. The intern will support the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas and help manage day-to-day customer relationships.

Responsibilities include supporting projects to deliver customer service levels, presenting issues and alternatives to the customer, and assisting with Lean activities and contractual execution. This is an internship position (Non-Exempt).

Qualifications

• Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field for the entire duration of internship.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel.
• GPA or academic standing not specified; internship-focused qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the tactical interface between customer and Plexus functional areas.
• Assist in delivering customer service levels and satisfaction.
• Present issues and alternatives to the customer with the team.
• Support Lean activities and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure contractual requirements are interpreted and executed accurately.
• Coordinate commitments with the program management team.
• Monitor and report on open orders and forecasts.
• Adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
