Job summary

Hope Served in Central, PA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of programs for people with disabilities, including employment, training, recreation, and housing-related activities. You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate services to ensure accessibility and mission alignment, supervising staff and collaborating with partners.

Daily duties include budgeting, reporting to leadership, community outreach, and strategic planning as the organization grows, with on-site work

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or project coordination in community or social services.
• Experience with people with disabilities or in human services.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; able to build partnerships.
• Proven leadership and staff development in mission-driven settings.
• Budgeting, reporting, and data-tracking capabilities for program performance.
• Commitment to inclusive, person-centered practices and disability-rights principles.
• Proficiency with common office software and scheduling/documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• On-site work in Central, PA with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
