Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human services required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of supervisory experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in program and business development.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and monitor income/expenses.
• Oversee personnel actions including hiring, evaluation, training and discipline.
• Ensure quality of service and operations in assigned programs and centers.
• Develop external relationships with funders, families and partner agencies.
• Lead meetings and participate in agency-wide task forces and committees.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and safety programs.
• Serve as a resource to other programs and staff.
