Job summary

Windsor Independent Living Association (WILA) in Windsor, CT invites applications for a Program Manager. This full-time role manages employee relations, program finances, and safety for residents in multiple group home settings.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with possible after-hours contact. Salary ranges from $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, reflecting nonprofit program oversight and a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; years of experience may substitute.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for employees.
• Ensure a safe living environment for residents.
• Oversee financial usage of the program and resident finances.
• Oversee medication administration for residents.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure appropriate ratios.
• Document data using Therap EMR.
• Coordinate resident appointments and activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manager of Personnel and leadership as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
