Job summary
The Supported Living Group is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to oversee ABI, PCA Waiver, and ASD services in Connecticut. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate with community resources, and lead staff to deliver person-centered supports that help individuals grow and live more independently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in program management or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in organizational skills, time management, leadership, customer service, and program management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs and ensure care plans are implemented.
- Manage and support a caseload of 8-10 service participants and coordinate with community resources.
- Provide leadership to staff including scheduling, supervision, and performance management.
- Support caregivers and families as a trusted resource and advocate.
- Ensure all documentation, incident reports, and records are completed accurately and timely.
