Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; may substitute years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
• Oversee financial use of the program and resident funds.
• Supervise staff scheduling and ensure appropriate ratios.
• Maintain medication administration oversight.
• Document data using Therap EMR and other systems.
• Support coordination with Finance, Personnel, and leadership.
• Promote program safety and compliance with policies.
