Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 2 for the Sentinel program based in Roy, Utah. The role leads a customer-focused team, supports program execution, and ensures performance aligned with EVMS and agile practices. Relocation assistance may be available.

You will interact with executives and customers, manage program increment rhythm, and oversee communications, staffing, and IT needs to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, (<6yrs) with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
• Experience in project management/execution and closeout
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
