Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to drive technology integration and process improvements across Amazon Transportation Services. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build roadmaps, define requirements, and mitigate risks to enable scalable tech implementations.

You will partner with multiple teams to translate operational needs into actionable solutions, streamline workflows, track metrics, and balance technical feasibility with business goals in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage roadmaps for integrating new technologies and processes across ATS business lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying co-dependencies between teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives by facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans, and building consensus across diverse teams.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies that streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance through data-driven analysis and metrics tracking.
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks by conducting thorough assessments, developing contingency plans, and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to define clear requirements, establish success criteria, and drive the successful delivery of programs that impact ATS supply chain.
