Qualifications

• Level 13 requires Bachelor’s degree in human services and one year of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Level 12 equivalent can be considered with three years of experience directing and monitoring service plans.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision to assigned staff to ensure effective service delivery and professional development.
• Generate and process referrals to maximize resource utilization and revenues.
• Develop person-centered plans and monitor progress; maintain records for growth.
• Engage in public relations to raise awareness of Employment Support Services and community integration.
• Identify third-party transportation providers to enable work commutes.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations and funding requirements.
• Provide discharge/follow-up services following the ESS procedures.
• Offer leadership in crises; train staff, act as resource, and ensure protocols.
