Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of Community Inclusion and Individual Supported Employment services.
• Ensure high-quality services and alignment with program and organizational expectations.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, documentation, and service quality.
• Lead and develop program employees with coaching and feedback.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships with employers and stakeholders.
• Represent Entrust professionally in the community.
• Ensure programs are person-centered, outcome-focused, and responsive to individuals’ goals.
