Job summary

Autoneum Holding AG seeks a Program Manager II to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Sales, and R&D to meet program requirements. You will serve as the interface between customer design and Autoneum’s internal teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost planning, scheduling, and APQP/IATF process adherence, with frequent interaction with customers and suppliers. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Provide a leadership role for the program team.
• Interfaces with customer and manages all customer activities and support.
• Establishes program organization and delegates program responsibilities.
• Organizes projects and ensures adherence to APD tools and processes.
• Authorizes work to supporting organizations.
• Reviews staffing and organization plans for cross functional support.
• Reviews technical, cost and scheduling performance of the supporting organizations.
• Identifies critical problems and assigns responsibility for resolution.
• Provides coaching, training and support on PM techniques.
• Prepares program status reviews (financials, schedule, tooling, action registers).
• Ensures design requirements and design reviews are prepared.
