Job summary

Autoneum Holding AG in the United States seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to coordinate production operations, supervise engineering and maintenance staff, and ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective performance across departments.

You will drive continuous improvement through Lean, monitor OEE and quality metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide staffing and training. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing and 5+ years in automotive production are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years automotive manufacturing and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and related quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.
• Establish production priorities and coordinate activities with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor production, quality, maintenance, and operational performance metrics; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Lead the deployment and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
