Job summary

EchoStar seeks a strategic Manager of Agentic AI Engineering to lead multi-agent and generative AI initiatives, driving from POCs to scalable production systems that impact the business. You will build and mentor a high-performing team while partnering with business and engineering leaders to ensure delivery of complex workflows into reliable, production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bac; Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in software/ML/AI engineering with at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience leading teams that design and ship LLM-powered or distributed AI systems.
• Proven ability to define and execute an AI technical roadmap with enterprise considerations.
• Strong knowledge of modern generative AI architectures and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a highly skilled team of AI engineers and architects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI services and multi-agent workflows.
• Partner with leadership to define AI roadmap and align engineering with business goals.
• Provide high-level technical guidance on scalability, security, and hybrid control flows.
• Champion agent interoperability standards and secure tool execution environments.
• Establish agile processes, code quality standards, and CI/CD/observability for LLM apps.
