Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a full-time Program Manager I for Supported Living Services in the Sacramento area. You will coordinate, develop, and implement our community-based program serving adults with I/DD, supervising field staff and ensuring health and safety.

The role requires crisis intervention, treatment planning, and quality checks. On-site availability in Sacramento is expected; travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with individuals with I/DD
• 2+ years supervisory and budgeting experience
• Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS) and Medi-Cal

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the SLS program in the Sacramento region
• Supervise field staff and oversee on-site assessments
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and budgets
• Develop and implement plans, goals, and activities for clients
