Global Recruiters of Great Plains (GRN) seeks a Program Management Office Lead to establish, evolve, and lead the IT PMO across the United States and Canada, with ~25% travel. This hybrid role shapes how strategic programs are prioritized, governed, and delivered, including ERP implementations, enterprise apps, and process improvements.

You will coach Project Managers, develop delivery frameworks, report to executives, and align programs with business goals while building a high-performance PMO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including at least 1 year leading enterprise-scale IT programs.
• ERP or other large-scale enterprise application initiative experience.
• Experience leading across departments and with executive stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio management, risk management, and governance skills.
• Experience developing Project Managers or delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; master’s preferred; PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2/CMS/SAFe certifications preferred.

We’re seeking a Program Management Office Lead to establish, evolve, and lead the IT PMO. You’ll shape how strategic programs are prioritized, governed, and delivered while partnering with executive leaders on initiatives that span departments and facilities across the United States and Canada.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role offers the chance to influence enterprise decisions, develop project management talent, and lead programs with a clear connection to business results. Your scope will include ERP implementations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and business process improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Enterprise programs: Guide complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• PMO development: Build practical frameworks, templates, and reporting standards that create consistency and accountability.
• Portfolio strategy: Align initiatives with business priorities, resources, and financial targets.
• Governance and executive reporting: Give leaders a clear view of progress, risks, resource needs, and expected business value.
• People leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and delivery leads.
• Delivery improvement: Resolve issues, manage change, and use lessons learned to strengthen future results.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including at least 1 year leading enterprise-scale IT programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering ERP or other large-scale enterprise application initiatives.
• Experience leading across departments and working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio management, risk management, and governance skills.
• Experience developing Project Managers or delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; a master’s degree is a plus. PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is strongly preferred. CSM or SAFe Program Consultant certification is also preferred.
