Job summary

Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs with executive visibility from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams across business and technology, drive schedules, budgets, and risk management, and report progress to senior leadership.

Onsite four days per week in Buffalo, NY, relocation considered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and change controls.

• Identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when scope, cost, or timelines shift.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and milestones to executive leadership.
• Establish effective governance, maintain internal controls, and promote team accountability.
