Job summary

Valor Healthcare seeks a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the DoD Air Force program. You will manage clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to personnel, focusing on physical readiness, durability, and mission performance across the 435 AGOW.

Location: On-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany—relocation available. Responsibilities include staffing, performance improvement, site coordination, and proactive issue resolution to meet contract goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field.
• Prior federal government contracting experience.
• Experience managing contract(s) in Healthcare, Occupational Health or Human Performance Optimization supporting military, law-enforcement or first responders.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams, Copilot).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for contractor personnel and staffing actions.
• Oversee continuity of operations and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and foster relationships with CORs and client stakeholders.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare required reports for the COR.
