Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee a DoD Human Performance Optimization program at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The PM will supervise clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to improve physical readiness, durability, and mission performance for AGOW personnel.

The role requires a strong program management background and DoD contracting experience, with on-site work and relocation support. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or healthcare related field.
• Prior federal government contracting experience.
• Experience managing contracts in Healthcare, Occupational Health or HPO for military/first responders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Power BI, Teams, Copilot).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for contractor personnel and staffing actions.
• Oversee staff development to align with company mission and values.
• Coordinate with COR and engage with contracting office representatives.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the client to meet contract goals.
• Identify and address operational issues proactively.
• Develop and evaluate program plans and goals.
• Monitor site performance and drive improvement actions.
