Job summary

Valor Healthcare seeks a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the Department of the Air Force's HPO program. The PM will supervise clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to air personnel to enhance physical readiness and mission performance.

Location: On-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, with relocation available. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:30–16:30 local time. Final compensation is determined by experience, certifications, and internal equity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field.
Prior federal government contracting experience.
Experience managing contracts in Healthcare, Occupational Health or Human Performance Optimization for military, law-enforcement or first responders.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams and Copilot.

Responsibilities

Maintain accountability for contractor personnel, coordinate staffing actions and schedules.
Oversee staff development to align with company mission and brand.
Foster relationships with COR and contract client.
Collect data, analyze trends and prepare reports for the COR.
Collaborate with client to meet contract goals.
Proactively identify and address operational issues and risks.
