Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the DoD 435 Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization program.

You will supervise clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to improve physical readiness, durability, and mission performance across the 435th AGOW. The role emphasizes coordinating with CORs, managing contracts, and ensuringQA/compliance with federal requirements while supporting recruitment and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field.
• Prior federal government contracting experience.
• Experience managing contracts in Healthcare, Occupational Health or Human Performance Optimization for military/first responders.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for contractor personnel and coordinate staffing actions.
• Oversee staff development to align with company mission and values.
• Develop and foster relationships with CORs and contract client counterparts.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for the COR.
• Collaborate with the client to meet contract goals and objectives.
• Identify and address operational/contractual issues proactively.
• Lead strategic plan development and program goal evaluation.
• Monitor site performance and drive performance improvement plans.
• Notify COR of significant issues and mission impacts.
• Support recruitment strategies and fill open positions.
• Perform HPO evaluations and services as required.
• Participate in training, drills, and emergency response activities.
• Identify safety and mission readiness conditions.
