Job summary

Valor Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the Department of the Air Force, 435 Air Ground Operations Wing (AGOW) Human Performance Optimization program. The PM will supervise clinical staff, ensure contract requirements are met, and drive performance improvements for personnel assigned to the 435 AGOW.

Location: On-site at Ramstein Air Base, Germany - Relocation available. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 0730–1630 local time.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field.
Prior federal government contracting experience.
Experience managing contracts in Healthcare, Occupational Health or Human Performance Optimization supporting military, law-enforcement or first responders.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project Manager, Power BI, Teams, Copilot.
Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Maintain accountability for contractor personnel, coordinate staffing actions and schedules while ensuring contract compliance.
Lead staff development and align activities with the company's mission and values.
Foster relationships with COR and act as liaison between client and offices.
Collect data, analyze trends and prepare reports for the COR.
Collaborate with client to meet contract goals and drive performance improvements.
Identify and address operational or contractual issues proactively.
Develop and evaluate strategic plans and program goals for contracts.
Monitor site performance and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
