Job summary

Valor Healthcare seeks a Program Manager to provide contract oversight for the DoD Air Force HPO program at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. You will supervise clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to enhance physical readiness and mission performance.

Relocation is available; schedule is Mon–Fri 0730–1630 local time with contract compliance. Requires federal contracting experience and strong MS Office/Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years program management experience in a federal context.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration or related field.
• Experience with DoD contracting and healthcare/HPO programs.
• Advanced MS Office and collaboration tools experience (Power BI, SharePoint, Project).
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract oversight for the DoD Air Force HPO program.
• Oversee clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to personnel.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and contract compliance with COR.
• Develop relationships with COR and client sites; prepare required reports.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and mission readiness of personnel and programs.
