Job summary

Valor Healthcare seeks a Programs Manager to oversee the DoD Air Force Human Performance Optimization contract. The PM will manage clinical staff delivering one-on-one care to improve physical readiness and mission performance across the 435 AGOW, on-site at Ramstein Air Base, with relocation possible.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, coordination with COR, data analysis, reporting, and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Prior federal government contracting experience.
• Experience managing contracts in Healthcare or Human Performance Optimization.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Power BI).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for contractor personnel and staffing actions.
• Oversee staff development to align with the company's mission and values.
• Develop and foster relationships with CORs and contract clients.
• Collect data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for the COR.
• Coordinate with client to meet contract goals and orders.
• Identify and address operational issues proactively.
• Oversee strategic plan development and program goals.
• Monitor site performance and implement corrective actions.
• Notify COR of significant issues affecting contract execution.
• Participate in recruitment and staffing for assigned contracts.
• Perform HPO evaluations and participate in drills and emergencies.
• Identify safety, reliability, or readiness issues and report.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
