Under supervision, you will handle case management, community workshops, and outreach across Boston neighborhoods, including flexible hours to meet residents' needs.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of full-time program management experience, preferably in tenancy preservation or housing stability.
• Knowledge of resources to preserve tenancies for landlords and tenants.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with the public.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

Aufgaben

• Manage eviction prevention services, including court appearances and coordination with court representatives.
• Assist Boston residents in identifying and accessing affordable rental housing.
• Provide referrals to rental and utility assistance and to service vendors.
• Assess needs to determine housing options and facilitate access to resources.
• Support landlords and tenants on landlord/tenant issues and inquiries.
• Design and deliver housing workshops with leadership for tenants and landlords.
• Coordinate with other city agencies on homelessness prevention and tenancy preservation.
• Document cases in the OHS CRM and update program materials.
• Attend community meetings or events as required.
