Pacific Clinics in Santa Fe Springs, CA seeks a Program Manager to develop, maintain, and manage program delivery for Persons Experiencing Homelessness with mental health issues. You will hire, train, supervise staff, and ensure culturally competent service aligned with contract requirements and KPIs.

You will liaise with community partners, coordinate referrals, and oversee operations metrics to improve outcomes and budget stewardship while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social services encouraged.
• Extensive experience in social/mental health delivery.
• Outreach experience with homeless populations preferred.
• Experience with mental health services and coordination.
