Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. seeks a Clinical Program Manager in New Mexico to provide strategic and clinical leadership for Medicaid-funded behavioral health within supportive housing and homelessness response.

You will oversee CPSS implementation, quality, and Medicaid reimbursement across multiple housing programs. You will supervise CPSW Leads and CPSWs, ensuring trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care, with alignment to MAD requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Licensed to practice in NM (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicaid billing and documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CPSW staff in accordance with MAD and licensing board requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of Medicaid billable peer services across programs.
• Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance and billing requirements.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of CPSW staff.
• Develop staff competencies in clinical documentation and trauma‑informed, housing‑focused services.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure aligned program operations.
