Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa is hiring a Clinical Program Manager in New Mexico to provide strategic and clinical leadership for Medicaid-funded behavioral health services within Supportive Housing and Homelessness Response. You will oversee CPSS implementation, quality, and compliance across key programs, driving program strategy and regulatory adherence.

You will supervise CPSW Leads and CPSWs, ensure recovery-oriented documentation, and collaborate with IHHS and shared services to align operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to CPSW Leads and CPSWs.
• Oversees day-to-day clinical operations across programs including Women’s Housing Navigation Center and Gateway West Shelter.
• Reviews and approves clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid standards and billing requirements.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of CPSW staff.
• Develops staff competencies in clinical documentation and trauma-informed care.
