Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in healthcare supply chain.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and BlueQ tools.
• Understanding of Lean 6S and process improvement.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program build, installation, and system integration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and risk management.
• Manage hardware budgets and inventory, ensuring proper procurement.
• Lead client meetings, provide status updates, and drive satisfaction.
