Job summary

BlueBin Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to implement and maintain its inventory management systems in healthcare settings. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects, with strong problem-solving skills and Lean principles knowledge.

The candidate will collaborate with teams, install racks, train end users, monitor inventory, and improve processes through regular Gemba walks and space optimization.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teammates to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Identify challenges and implement BlueBin-based solutions.
  • Maintain organized workspace and understand the BlueBin system.
  • Assemble and install racks and hardware per SOPs.
  • Label inventory accurately and fit bins efficiently.
  • Assist with system installations and provide post-install training.
  • Conduct Gemba walks to observe and improve processes.
  • Create room layouts and space optimization plans.
  • Perform final quality checks on racks.
  • Use BlueQ technology and Excel for data reporting.
  • Train new team members and lead daily build tasks.
  • Conduct end-user training on system use and inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
