Job summary

BlueBin is seeking a Program Specialist to implement and maintain inventory management systems in healthcare settings. You will manage multiple tasks, lead due diligence for Go-Live, and ensure system accuracy with a Lean mindset. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role requires hands-on work with racks, installations, and training, while providing post-install support and ensuring inventory controls meet SOPs. On-site at Bethesda area facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with teammates and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions using BlueBin concepts and tools.
• Maintain an organized workspace and understand the BlueBin system comprehensively.
• Assemble and install racks and hardware according to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
• Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
• Conduct Gemba walks to observe, gather feedback, and improve processes.
• Create accurate room layouts and develop space optimization plans.
• Perform final quality checks on racks to minimize errors.
• Use BlueQ technology and Excel efficiently for data management and reporting.
• Train new team members and lead daily build tasks to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on system use and inventory management.
• Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
