BlueBin Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to implement and maintain inventory management systems in healthcare settings. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong problem-solving and Lean knowledge to manage multiple tasks and projects.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teams, training end users, and providing post-install support during Go-Live. Start window is Oct 15–Nov 1, 2026, with full-time operations duties at client sites.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with teammates and foster collaboration.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions using BlueBin concepts.
• Maintain organized workspace and understand BlueBin system.
• Assemble and install racks and hardware per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate labeling and efficient inventory bin fitting.
• Assist with system installations, training, and post-install support.
• Conduct Gemba walks to observe and improve processes.
• Create room layouts and space optimization plans.
• Perform final quality checks on racks.
