Job summary

BlueBin Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist in Baton Rouge, LA to lead and maintain BlueBin's inventory systems in healthcare settings. This full-time role requires a detail-focused problem-solver with strong communication and Lean principles knowledge.

You will collaborate with teams, assemble racks, implement systems, monitor inventory, and provide end-user training and post-install support to ensure seamless Go-Live execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with teammates and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions using BlueBin concepts and tools.
• Maintain an organized workspace and understand the BlueBin system comprehensively.
• Assemble and install racks and hardware accurately according to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
• Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
• Conduct Gemba walks to observe, gather feedback, and improve processes.
• Create accurate room layouts and develop space optimization plans.
• Perform final quality checks on racks to minimize errors.
• Use BlueQ technology and Excel efficiently for data management and reporting.
• Train new team members and lead daily build tasks to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on system use and inventory management.
• Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
