Job summary

BlueBin Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Chicago, IL to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and coach a diverse team. You will oversee program build, installation, and space optimization while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years in project management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Monday.com and BlueQ. Relocation to future BlueBin engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.)
• 2-5 years of experience of project management, preferably experience in the healthcare supply chain setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com as well as BlueQ.
• Understanding of Lean 6S principles and their application.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead program build and installation, including workspace and rack setup.
• Manage hardware inventory and budget; ensure accurate orders.
• Lead weekly client meetings, report progress, ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Apply Lean 6S to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and resource management.
• Relocate to next BlueBin engagement upon project completion.
