Job summary

You will manage cross-functional teams, establish governance, and drive delivery with financial discipline and executive transparency. The role emphasizes integration of plans, dependencies, resources, and risk management to enable timely decisions and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in program/project management, portfolio governance, transformation, project finance, commercial strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional programs or workstreams in a matrixed, global, or enterprise environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Strong proficiency in setting up WBS, SAP finance, legal agreements for equipment and services, digital and AI literacy. Experience in planning software such as Primavera is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Global Program & Transformation Delivery – Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global programs and transformation workstreams from initiation through closeout.
• Integrated Planning, Dependencies & Resources – Define integrated plans, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned to objectives.
• Procurement, Contracts & Commercial Strategy – Shape commercial strategies and coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Risk, Issue & Root-Cause Resolution – Identify, assess, and manage program risks with disciplined governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting – Build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver concise reporting.
• Methods, Documentation & Continuous Improvement – Apply PM methods and improve governance and delivery practices.
