Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field with 18+ years of significant engineering/operational experience.
• Career history of significant contributions and accomplishments.
• Excellence in global project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interacts well with diverse groups and communicates effectively in writing and presentations.
• Technical background in health care, medical devices, biology, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience with financial systems, project accounting, procurement & contracting processes.
• Formal Project Management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, global strategic projects through cross-functional groups and executives.
• Provide governance on strategic planning, market demand, trends and legal requirements.
• Manage multiple global projects, prioritizing and aligning with customer needs.
• Define strategy, budget, and drive execution using PM tools to stay within limits.
• Mentor teams, present to executives, and advocate for best practices.
